Book Groups/Events
SEEL OFFERS FREE BOOK GROUPS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR EXPLORING THE GIFTS OF THE SPIRITUAL EXERCISES (ALL ON ZOOM)
All are warmly invited to join one of our free on-line book groups (the first ones will be starting in October 2025-SEE BELOW) that will either go through the Spiritual Exercises or will explore different issues (such as social justice, racism, discernment) through the lens of the Spiritual Exercises.
BEGINNING OCTOBER 2025
SEEL is offering several Ignatian prayer experience sessions based on books rooted in the Spiritual Exercises. These groups will meet once a month from October to May on zoom. The format is simple: The facilitator will read a few excerpts from the book, invite some group discussion and then have a prayer reflection/experience based on the content. Reading the book is encouraged but not required– just come ready to listen, share as you wish and enter into a prayerful experience. Join us and companion with others as we learn and grow together on our spiritual path. There is no fee for participating-the only cost is for the participant to gain access to the book. For more information and to sign up, email us at info@seelpugetsound.org.
