 SEEL OFFERS FREE BOOK GROUPS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR  EXPLORING THE GIFTS OF THE SPIRITUAL EXERCISES (ALL ON ZOOM)

All are warmly invited to join one of our free on-line book groups that either go through the Spiritual Exercises or will explore different issues (such as social justice, racism, discernment) through the lens of the Spiritual Exercises. We have a new book group beginning in late February 2026, please see below

BEGINNING FEBRUARY 23, 2026

Seeing With the Heart– We invite you to an online book group that explores eight key dimensions of our life as faith-filled pilgrims. Written by Kevin O’Brien SJ, Seeing With the Heart is an accessible book inviting us to view the Spiritual Exercises as a way to live with purpose, questions, depth, freedom, great desires, compassion, hope and discernment.  We will meet for one hour each Monday (4:30-5:30pm) from Feb 23 to Apr 13. Participation is free and while attendance is encouraged for all 8 sessions, please join as you are able.
