The following websites provide an opportunity to pray and practice the Spiritual Exercises from your own home:

Creighton University Online Retreat:

Creighton University's Collaborative Ministry Office has produced an online 33 Week Retreat in Everyday Life. People can begin it at any time. It features photos, a central "guide" for the week, and several resources.  There is a page for  people to "share" with others the fruits and graces of their reflection.

The Irish Jesuits Daily Prayer Online:

This site invites you to make a 'Sacred Space' in your day, and spend ten minutes praying as you sit at your computer, with specially chosen scripture every day.  It offers a on-screen guide for each daily prayer, including body and breathing exercises,  poetry and pictures.

Society of Jesus - Oregon Province

The Northwest Jesuits provide a fine guide to Ignatian spirituality, and offers the text of the Spiritual Exercises, as well as an online guide to the Exercises that can be used in daily life Daily Ways to Pray).

Cabrini Ministry Training

Cabrini Ministry Training is a lay training program, established in 1991,  that has trained over 600 lay ministers. Classes are held between October and March each year in Spanish (in Bellevue , WA) and in English (in Kirkland and Seattle , WA ). They serve people of all faith traditions who seek pastoral care training that will help them in their ministry to others.
